My name is Danny Peltz, and I'm running for a board seat on the Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District.
I only recently realized how much TDRPD offers its residents: the summer music series, the rec center, the piers on Donner Lake, and the management of our local parks, just to name a few. I've benefited from all of it. Hopefully you have too.
I'm a retired business executive with a tremendous amount of management and leadership experience, and I have the time to give back. I want to help make Truckee an even better place to live for all of us.

I'm an active outdoor enthusiast, which is why I love living here. I enjoy everything Truckee and the greater Tahoe area have to offer.
My other interests include reading, travel, seeing live music and theater, as well as spending time with my family and friends.
